Clapton is God.
在英國，有一個號稱「神」的樂手，就是Eric Clapton，上面那句話就是鼎鼎大名的「克萊普頓是神」。他是一個才子型的搖滾歌手，近幾年把搖滾和藍調結合，我非常喜歡。事實上，他歷經多個著名團體，例如"The Yardbirds", "Derek and the Dominos",前者是英國搖滾天團，無人不知無人不曉，後者是藍調搖滾團。
這首"Change the World"是Eric Clapton單飛之後的作品，我試了錄音室版本和現場版本，我發現現場版的他改的更有節奏，更有藍調的味道，我認為比錄音版好太多了。
歌曲的前奏很長，電及他、貝斯、爵士鼓、電鋼琴等等藍調必備樂器通通出籠，我第一次聽，光是前奏部份就讓我深深著迷，眾多的升降記號使這首歌更幽默風趣，而Eric Clapton雖然已經60歲，寶刀未老，聲音仍舊很有磁性。
除了前奏，曲中間奏也非常棒，不管是和弦、吉他的主旋律或是背後的電鋼琴。間奏總共有兩到三個，第一個是副歌之間，較簡短，以和絃為主，第二個是以顫音為主，可以聽到一直重複的兩個音，由Eric Clapton的吉他彈出，然後最後一次副歌，最後一次和絃，鼓聲、電鋼琴，結束。

不過這首歌曲好像比較感傷，曲子的名稱是「改變世界」，有沒有注意到歌詞中是寫,
If I COULD change the world.
也就是說，這是不可能的事情。
